Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).

Carefully slice off the top 1/4 to 1/2 inch of each garlic head, exposing the cloves. Be careful not to cut too far down.

Place the garlic heads on a small piece of aluminum foil. Drizzle the olive oil over the exposed garlic cloves. Sprinkle with salt and freshly ground black pepper.

Wrap the garlic heads loosely in the aluminum foil, creating a small packet. Ensure the packet is sealed but allows some air circulation.

Place the foil-wrapped garlic heads into the air fryer basket. Cook for 15 minutes, or until the cloves are soft and golden brown.

Carefully remove the garlic from the air fryer. Let it cool for a few minutes before handling. The roasted garlic can be squeezed out of its skin and used as a spread, in sauces, or added to other dishes.
