Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the finely diced yellow onion and cook for 3 to 4 minutes until softened.

Add the minced fresh garlic to the skillet and cook for an additional 30 seconds until fragrant.

Add the ground beef to the skillet. Cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until it is browned and fully cooked. Drain any excess fat if needed, leaving a small amount for flavor.

Stir in the tomato paste, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, smoked paprika powder, and onion powder. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes, stirring constantly, to toast the spices.

Add the Worcestershire sauce, chopped jalapeño, and water to the beef mixture. Bring to a simmer.

Simmer the beef mixture uncovered for 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the liquid has completely reduced and the beef is moist but not watery. Taste and adjust salt if needed. Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly.

While the beef cools, prepare the cheeseburger sauce. In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise, ketchup, yellow mustard, 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce, finely minced dill pickles, pickle juice, finely minced onion, garlic powder, smoked paprika, sugar, and black pepper. Whisk until smooth. Refrigerate until ready to use.

Lay out the tortilla wraps on a clean surface. For each wrap, spread about 1 tablespoon of the prepared cheeseburger sauce slightly below the center.

Evenly distribute the beef mixture (about 1/4 cup per wrap), 2 tablespoons of Mexican style four cheese, caramelized onions, and chopped pickled jalapeños onto each tortilla, over the sauce.

To assemble each wrap, fold the bottom edge of the tortilla over the filling. Then, fold in the sides tightly. Finally, roll the tortilla tightly from the bottom up to create a secure wrap.

Heat a thin layer of oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet, ensuring not to overcrowd the pan. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes per side, gently pressing down with a spatula, until golden brown and crispy.

Continue cooking and turning the wraps until all sides are crisp and the cheese inside is melted and gooey. Repeat with remaining wraps, adding more oil to the skillet as needed.

Remove the crispy cheeseburger wraps from the skillet and let them rest for 1 to 2 minutes. Slice each wrap in half diagonally and serve immediately with extra cheeseburger sauce on the side for dipping.
