Preheat the oven to 400 F (200 C) and line a 12-inch pizza pan with parchment paper.

In a mixing bowl, whisk the cottage cheese and eggs until the mixture is smooth.

Add the bread flour, baking powder, fine sea salt, dried basil, dried oregano, and garlic powder to the bowl. Stir until a wet, sticky dough forms.

Use a spoon to scoop the mixture onto the prepared pan and spread it evenly into a large, thin circle. Bake for 15 minutes, during which the crust bakes up beautiful and fluffy.

Remove the crust from the oven. Top it with pizza sauce, spreading it evenly. Then, sprinkle with mozzarella cheese, and arrange the turkey pepperoni slices on top.

Bake for another 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the crust is golden brown.
