Place the 150 grams of silken tofu into a medium-sized mixing bowl. Using a fork or potato masher, mash the tofu thoroughly until it is smooth and no large lumps remain.

Add the 30 grams of sugar and 10 grams of oil to the mashed tofu. Mix these ingredients thoroughly with a spatula or spoon until they are well combined and the sugar has dissolved.

Sift the 100 grams of rice flour and 5 grams of baking powder into the tofu mixture. Mix everything well until a soft, uniform dough forms. Avoid overmixing.

Lightly flour your hands. Take small portions of the dough (about 1 tablespoon each) and shape them into your desired donut forms, such as rings or small balls. Place the shaped donuts on a lightly floured surface.

Pour enough oil for frying into a deep pot or Dutch oven to reach a depth of about 5-7 cm. Heat the oil over medium heat until it reaches 160°C. Use a kitchen thermometer to ensure accuracy.

Carefully place a few shaped donuts into the hot oil, being careful not to overcrowd the pot. Fry the donuts for 2-3 minutes per side, or until they turn a beautiful golden brown color. Use a slotted spoon to flip them as needed. Remove the fried donuts and place them on a wire rack lined with paper towels to drain any excess oil.
