Melt the butter in a large pot or Dutch oven over medium heat. Add the diced carrots, celery, and onion and cook for 5 to 7 minutes, or until they begin to soften.

Sprinkle in the all-purpose flour and stir until the vegetables are evenly coated. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes, stirring constantly.

Slowly pour in the water, stirring continuously as you pour to prevent lumps. Add the chicken base, garlic powder, thyme, parsley, oregano, buttery garlic & herb seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Stir well to combine all ingredients.

Add the diced chicken breasts to the pot. Bring the soup to a gentle boil, then reduce the heat to a simmer. Cook for 10 to 15 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.

Break the spaghetti noodles in half and add them to the soup. Cook according to the package directions, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking. This usually takes about 8-10 minutes.

Once the noodles are tender, reduce the heat to low and stir in the heavy cream. Cook for another 2 to 3 minutes, just until the soup is warmed through and creamy. Do not boil after adding cream.

Taste the soup and adjust the seasonings as needed. If you prefer a thinner, brothier soup, add additional water or chicken broth until it reaches your desired consistency.
