Preheat your oven to 375°F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a small bowl, combine the softened butter, minced garlic, chopped fresh parsley, grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.

Arrange the baguette slices in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Spread a generous amount of the garlic butter mixture evenly over each slice.

Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden and the butter is melted and bubbling.

Remove the baking sheet from the oven. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese generously over each garlic bread slice.

Return to the oven and bake for another 5-7 minutes, or until the mozzarella cheese is melted and bubbly and lightly golden brown.

Serve immediately as dippers with warm marinara sauce, if desired.
