In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground pork, chopped green onions, soy sauce, chicken bouillon, sesame oil, rice vinegar, onion powder, minced garlic, white pepper, and salt. Mix thoroughly with a spoon, then use your hands to ensure all ingredients are well combined.

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.

Add the prepared meat mixture to the hot skillet. Spread it evenly across the bottom of the pan to form a flat, compact layer.

Carefully arrange the wonton wrappers over the meat mixture, overlapping slightly if necessary, to cover the entire surface. Aim for a circular pattern.

Pour the chicken broth evenly over the wonton wrappers.

Drizzle the honey and chili crisp over the wonton wrappers and broth.

Sprinkle the garlic powder over the top of the dumplings.

Cover the skillet with a lid and reduce the heat to medium-low. Cook for 10-12 minutes, or until the wonton wrappers are soft and cooked through, and the pork is fully cooked.

Remove the lid. The dumplings should be tender and the liquid mostly absorbed. Sprinkle with furikake before serving.

Carefully scoop portions onto plates and enjoy your blanket dumplings!
