Begin by adding the green leaves (a handful, such as spinach or basil), cashews (a handful), a few spoonfuls of the powdered ingredient (nutritional yeast or vegan parmesan), and a sprinkle of black pepper into a blender.

Blend all the ingredients until a smooth, creamy, and vibrant green dressing is formed. Set aside.

Take approximately 1/2 head of green cabbage and finely chop it into small, bite-sized pieces. Transfer the chopped cabbage to a large mixing bowl.

Finely dice the 2 small cucumbers into small, uniform pieces. Add the diced cucumbers to the mixing bowl with the cabbage.

Finely slice the 1 bunch of green onions (scallions) into small rounds. Add the sliced green onions to the mixing bowl with the cabbage and cucumbers.

Pour the previously prepared green dressing generously over the chopped vegetables in the mixing bowl.

Using two spoons, thoroughly mix all the ingredients together until the cabbage, cucumbers, and green onions are completely coated with the green goddess dressing.

The Green Goddess Salad is now ready to be enjoyed.
