Place a pan on medium-high heat. Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil to the hot pan. Add the 12 ounces of shrimp and cook for 1-2 minutes per side until they turn pink and are cooked through. Remove the cooked shrimp from the pan and set them aside.

Using the same pan, add 2 tablespoons of butter. Once the butter has melted, add 2 tablespoons of minced garlic. Sauté the garlic for about 30 seconds until it becomes fragrant.

Deglaze the pan by adding 1/2 cup of white wine, scraping any browned bits from the bottom of the pan. Add 1/4 cup of lemon juice. Stir in 1/2 teaspoon of red pepper flakes, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper. Bring the sauce to a simmer, then remove it from the heat.

Stir in 1/4 cup of chopped fresh parsley. Add the cooked shrimp back into the sauce and toss gently to ensure they are fully coated.

Preheat your oven to 450°F. Sprinkle 2 teaspoons of cornmeal onto a pizza peel or baking sheet to prevent sticking. Stretch or roll out the 16 ounces of pizza dough to your desired thickness and shape. Carefully transfer the stretched dough onto the prepared pizza peel or baking sheet.

Brush the pizza dough evenly with 1/4 cup of olive oil. Spread 8 ounces of shredded mozzarella cheese over the olive oil base. Layer 4 ounces of shredded provolone cheese over the mozzarella. Evenly distribute the shrimp scampi mixture, including some of the sauce, over the cheese.

Carefully slide the pizza into the preheated 450°F oven. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly and melted.

Remove the pizza from the oven. Garnish with 2 ounces of grated Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh chives over the top. Slice the pizza and serve immediately.
