In a large pot, add the halved head of garlic, halved lemon, and 1/4 cup of Cajun seasoning to water. Bring the water to a rolling boil.

Add the 1 pound of baby potatoes to the boiling water. Cook for 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes, add the 2 ears of corn (cut into thirds) and 12 ounces of sliced smoked sausage to the pot. Continue cooking for 5 minutes.

Add the 1 pound of peeled and deveined shrimp (tail on) to the pot. Cook until the shrimp turn pink, approximately 2-3 minutes.

Carefully drain all the boiled ingredients and set them aside.

Stir in the 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning, 1 tablespoon paprika, 1 tablespoon garlic powder, 1 tablespoon onion powder, 1 tablespoon brown sugar, 1 tablespoon lemon pepper, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon black pepper, and 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper. Mix thoroughly to combine the spices with the butter and aromatics.

Add the 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce, 1 tablespoon hot sauce, and 1 tablespoon fish sauce. Stir well.

Finally, add the 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes and bring the sauce to a simmer for a few minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

Add the drained shrimp, potatoes, corn, and sausage to the simmering Cajun butter sauce. Toss gently to ensure all ingredients are evenly coated with the sauce.

Garnish the dish with 1/4 cup chopped green onions and 1/4 cup fresh cilantro.
