Place 500 grams of boneless chicken into a blender jar.

To the blender, add 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon black pepper, 1 teaspoon paprika, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon ginger powder, 1 teaspoon onion powder, 1 teaspoon oregano, and 1 teaspoon chili flakes.

Incorporate 1 tablespoon vinegar, 1 tablespoon soya sauce, 1 tablespoon oil (for mixture), 1 tablespoon cornflour, and 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour into the blender with the chicken and seasonings.

Blend all the ingredients until a smooth, uniform paste is formed.

Remove half of the blended chicken mixture and transfer it into a separate bowl. This portion will be used for Salami 1.

To the remaining chicken mixture still in the blender, add 2-3 chopped green chilies and a few drops of red food color. Blend again until these new ingredients are fully incorporated and the mixture is smooth.

Transfer the second blended mixture into another separate bowl. This portion will be used for Salami 2.

Lay out a piece of foil paper on a clean surface. Spread 1 tablespoon of oil evenly over the foil paper to prevent sticking.

Take the Salami 1 mixture and spread it evenly onto the oiled foil paper, shaping it into a rectangular form.

Tightly roll the chicken mixture within the foil paper to create a compact log shape. Twist both ends of the foil to securely seal the log.

Repeat steps 8-10 for the Salami 2 mixture, creating a second log.

Place both rolled salami logs into a steamer.

Steam the salami for 15-20 minutes on a medium flame.

Once steamed, remove the salami logs from the steamer and allow them to cool completely (approximately 30 minutes). After cooling, unwrap the foil and slice the chicken salami into desired thickness.

Chop a variety of vegetables including cabbage, lettuce, carrot, cucumber, onion, tomato, and red, yellow, and green bell peppers. Place all chopped vegetables into a large mixing bowl.
Add the prepared and sliced chicken salami to the bowl of chopped vegetables.

In a separate small bowl, combine 1 tablespoon mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon chili sauce, 1 tablespoon tomato sauce, 1 teaspoon mustard sauce, 1 teaspoon honey, 1 teaspoon vinegar, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon pepper, 1 teaspoon oregano, and 1 teaspoon chili flakes.

Mix all the dressing ingredients thoroughly until they are well combined and smooth.

Pour the prepared dressing over the salad mixture (vegetables and salami) in the large bowl.

Toss and mix everything together until the salad is evenly coated with the dressing.

Divide the finished salad into individual meal prep containers for easy storage and consumption.
