Place the blended mixture onto a sheet of parchment paper. Cover the mixture with plastic wrap and use a rolling pin to spread it out very thinly and evenly. Aim for a thickness of about 1-2 mm.

Carefully transfer the parchment paper with the spread-out rice mixture to a baking sheet.

Once the edges of the cracker start to brown, lower the oven temperature to 150°C (300°F) and continue to bake for approximately 5 more minutes, or until the cracker is golden brown and crispy.
