Preheat your oven to 180°C.

Add the 200 g of cooked chickpeas, 100 ml of water, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, and 1 teaspoon of dried oregano to a blender.

Blend all ingredients until a smooth batter is formed. Ensure there are no large chickpea pieces remaining.

Line a loaf pan with parchment paper, ensuring it covers the bottom and sides to prevent sticking.

Pour the chickpea batter into the prepared loaf pan, spreading it evenly.

Sprinkle the 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds evenly over the top of the batter in the loaf pan.

Bake in the preheated oven at 180°C for 30 minutes, or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Once baked, remove the bread from the oven and let it cool slightly in the pan before transferring it to a wire rack. Slice and serve warm or at room temperature.
