Season the chicken breasts liberally on both sides with salt, black pepper, and paprika.

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large pan or skillet over medium-high heat.

Carefully place the seasoned chicken breasts in the hot pan. Cook for 5-7 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature reaches 165°F). Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside on a cutting board.

Add 1 tablespoon of oil to the same pan. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.

Add the cherry tomatoes to the pan. Cook for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they soften and begin to burst.

Using the back of a spoon or a potato masher, gently mash the softened cherry tomatoes directly in the pan to create a rustic sauce base.

Pour in the heavy cream and stir to combine with the tomato mixture. Season with Italian seasoning and red pepper flakes.

Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until it melts and the sauce is well combined and slightly thickened.

Add the cooked pasta to the sauce in the pan. Slice or shred the cooked chicken breasts and return them to the pan with the pasta and sauce.

Mix all the ingredients thoroughly to ensure the pasta and chicken are evenly coated in the creamy tomato sauce.
Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the top of the pasta and chicken. Cover the pan with a lid for 1-2 minutes, or until the mozzarella cheese is melted and bubbly.

Serve immediately and enjoy your cheesy tomato chicken pasta!
