Preheat your oven to 375°F. Lightly grease a baking dish large enough to hold the bell pepper halves.

In a large bowl, combine the shredded Trader Joe's Just Chicken, softened cream cheese, 3/4 cup of the shredded Trader Joe's Unexpected Cheddar Cheese, Trader Joe's Organic Ranch Dressing, and Frank's RedHot Buffalo Wing Sauce. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.

Arrange the halved bell peppers cut-side up in the prepared baking dish. Evenly spoon the buffalo chicken mixture into each bell pepper half, mounding it slightly.

Sprinkle the remaining 1/4 cup of shredded Trader Joe's Unexpected Cheddar Cheese over the top of the stuffed peppers.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the peppers are tender-crisp and the cheese is melted and bubbly. If desired, you can broil for the last 1-2 minutes to get a golden-brown top, watching carefully to prevent burning.

Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with sliced green onions.
