Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

Arrange the halved bagels on the prepared baking sheet, cut-side up.

Spread 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce evenly over the cut surface of each bagel half.

Sprinkle about 3 tablespoons of shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce on each bagel half.

Top each bagel half with pepperoni slices. You can use 3-5 slices per half, depending on their size and your preference.

Lightly sprinkle dried oregano and dried parsley over the pepperoni and cheese on each bagel half.

Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the edges of the bagels are lightly toasted.

Carefully remove the baking sheet from the oven. Let the pizza bagels cool for a minute or two before serving, as the cheese will be very hot.
