Heat olive oil in a large pot or Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and break it into small pieces using a meat masher or wooden spoon. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.

Drain any excess fat from the ground beef. Add the chopped yellow onion and green bell pepper to the pot. Sauté for 5-7 minutes, or until the vegetables have softened.

Stir in the minced garlic, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, seasoning salt, Adobo seasoning, and 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

Pour in the Worcestershire sauce, tomato paste, tomato sauce, and optional crushed tomatoes. Stir well to combine all ingredients.

Add the remaining 1/2 teaspoon of Italian seasoning, brown sugar, and granulated sugar to the sauce. Stir thoroughly. Bring the sauce to a simmer, then reduce heat to low, cover, and let it cook for at least 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, to allow the flavors to meld.

While the sauce is simmering, cook the spaghetti according to package directions until al dente. Drain the spaghetti and return it to its pot. Add the butter and toss until the spaghetti is lightly coated.

Add the buttered spaghetti directly into the pot with the meat sauce. Mix thoroughly until the spaghetti is fully coated with the meat sauce.

Serve the spaghetti with meat sauce hot, topped with grated Parmesan cheese and shredded Cheddar cheese.
