Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet or Dutch oven, cook the chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove bacon with a slotted spoon, leaving about 1 tablespoon of grease in the skillet. Set crispy bacon aside.

Add ground beef to the same skillet and cook over medium-high heat, breaking it apart with a spoon, until browned. Drain any excess fat.

Add diced yellow onion to the skillet with the ground beef and cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes. Stir in minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.

Pour in the beef broth, heavy cream, Dijon mustard, and ketchup. Add the softened cream cheese, salt, black pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder. Bring to a gentle simmer, stirring until the cream cheese is fully melted and the sauce is smooth.

Reduce heat to low and gradually stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until completely melted and smooth.

Add the cooked and drained pasta to the skillet with the cheese sauce and ground beef. Stir to combine everything thoroughly.

Stir in most of the crispy bacon, reserving some for garnish.

Serve immediately, garnished with remaining crispy bacon and fresh chopped parsley.
