In a blender or food processor, combine the halved avocados, fresh lime juice, garlic cloves, jalapeño pepper, cilantro, extra virgin olive oil, full-fat canned coconut milk, the remaining 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt, and freshly ground black pepper.
