In a very large mixing bowl with a lid, combine the Hot Cho Toast Crunch cereal and Golden Grahams Crunch cereal. Set aside.

In a microwave-safe measuring cup or bowl, combine the Nutella and smooth peanut butter. Microwave on high for 45 seconds, or until the mixture is creamy and smooth, stirring halfway through.

Pour the melted Nutella and peanut butter mixture over the cereals in the large bowl. Using a spatula, mix thoroughly until all the cereal is evenly coated.

Add 2 cups of icing sugar to the coated cereal. Place the lid securely on the bowl and shake vigorously for 1-2 minutes, ensuring the cereal is well coated. If needed, add more icing sugar, 1/2 cup at a time, and shake again until all cereal pieces are covered in white.

Add the red and green M&M's to the bowl. Stir gently with the spatula, then replace the lid and shake again briefly to distribute the M&M's and ensure a final, even coating of powdered sugar.

Serve immediately or store in airtight containers at room temperature.
