Fruity Pebbles Popcorn
Ingredients
- 1 bag sea salt popcorn, (16 ounces)
- 1 bag white chocolate chips
- 1/2 teaspoon coconut oil, or a small dab
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 2 cups Fruity Pebbles cereal, crushed

Pour 2 cups of Fruity Pebbles cereal into a large mixing bowl. Using your hand (covered with a glove if desired), crush the cereal further inside the bowl until fine crumbs are formed. Pour the crushed cereal out of the large mixing bowl and set aside.

Pour the 16-ounce bag of sea salt popcorn into the large mixing bowl and set aside.

In a microwave-safe glass measuring cup or bowl, combine the white chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well in-between each interval, until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth.

Pour the melted white chocolate mixture over the popcorn in the large mixing bowl. Using two spatulas or large spoons, gently mix the popcorn to evenly coat it with the white chocolate.

Evenly sprinkle the crushed Fruity Pebbles cereal crumbs onto the white chocolate-coated popcorn. Using the spatulas, toss the popcorn again to thoroughly coat it with the cereal crumbs.

Allow the Fruity Pebbles popcorn to cool and set for a couple of minutes before serving. Scoop into smaller bowls and enjoy your sweet treat!
