Cut each apple in half and remove the core using a melon baller or similar tool.

Place the apple halves on parchment paper in an air fryer basket.

Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of cinnamon over the cut surfaces of each apple half.

Drizzle 1 teaspoon of honey or maple syrup over each cinnamon-sprinkled apple half.

Air fry at 200°C / 400°F for 12–15 minutes until the apples are soft.

Once cooked, carefully place the apple halves on individual plates. Add 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream into the cored center of each apple half.

Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of granola or oat crumble over the ice cream and apples on each plate.

Finish with an extra drizzle of honey over each sundae.

Serve immediately and dig in with a spoon!
