Preheat your oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a medium bowl, combine the thawed and squeezed dry Trader Joe's frozen chopped spinach, crumbled feta cheese, softened cream cheese, 1 large egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.

Unroll the thawed Trader Joe's puff pastry sheet onto a lightly floured surface or directly onto the parchment-lined baking sheet. Spread the spinach and feta mixture evenly over the entire surface of the puff pastry, leaving a small border around the edges.

Starting from one of the longer sides, carefully roll the puff pastry into a tight log. Once rolled, use a sharp knife to cut the log into 1-inch thick slices. You should get about 10-12 swirls.

Arrange the swirls on the prepared baking sheet, leaving some space between each. In a small bowl, beat the remaining large egg to create an egg wash. Brush the tops of each swirl with the egg wash.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the puff pastry is golden brown and puffed. Serve warm.
