Choose one of the marinade recipes below. Each recipe is designed for 500g of chicken.

For the Garlic Lemon Marinade: In a resealable bag, combine 500g chicken with 3 tablespoons olive oil, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, 3 minced garlic cloves, 1 teaspoon salt, and 1/2 teaspoon black pepper.

For the Honey Garlic Marinade: In a resealable bag, combine 500g chicken with 3 tablespoons honey, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 3 cloves garlic, 1 tablespoon olive oil, and 1/2 teaspoon black pepper.

For the Spicy Chili Marinade: In a resealable bag, combine 500g chicken with 2 tablespoons chili sauce, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 tablespoon garlic paste, 1 teaspoon oil, and 1 teaspoon chili flakes.

For the BBQ Marinade: In a resealable bag, combine 500g chicken with 1/2 cup BBQ sauce, 1 tablespoon brown sugar, 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar, and 1 tablespoon olive oil.

For the Yogurt Tandoori Marinade: In a resealable bag, combine 500g chicken with 1/2 cup yogurt, 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste, 1 teaspoon paprika, and 1 teaspoon lemon juice.

For the Teriyaki Marinade (Version 1): In a resealable bag, combine 500g chicken with 1/3 cup Teriyaki sauce, 1 tablespoon honey, 1 teaspoon garam masala, and 1 teaspoon lemon juice.

For the Teriyaki Marinade (Version 2): In a resealable bag, combine 500g chicken with 1/3 cup Teriyaki sauce, 1 tablespoon honey, 1 teaspoon grated ginger, and 1/2 teaspoon salt.

For the Teriyaki Marinade (Version 3): In a resealable bag, combine 500g chicken with 2 tablespoons honey, 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard, 1 tablespoon soy oil, and 1 tablespoon soy sauce.

For the Coconut Curry Marinade: In a resealable bag, combine 500g chicken with 3 tablespoons sweet chili sauce and 1 tablespoon soy sauce.

For the Sweet Chili Marinade: In a resealable bag, combine 500g chicken with 1 tablespoon smoked paprika and 1 tablespoon lime juice.

For the Smoky Paprika Marinade: In a resealable bag, combine 500g chicken with 1 tablespoon smoked paprika and 1/2 teaspoon black pepper.

For the Lemon Pepper Marinade: In a resealable bag, combine 500g chicken with 3 tablespoons lemon juice and 1 teaspoon black pepper.

Once the chicken and chosen marinade ingredients are in the resealable bag, seal the bag and massage the contents to ensure the chicken is thoroughly coated. Marinate for at least 30 minutes, or preferably several hours, in the refrigerator before cooking.
