Brew 700 ml of black tea according to package instructions. Allow it to steep for the desired strength, then remove the tea bags or strain the loose leaf tea.

In a large pitcher, combine the freshly brewed black tea with 300 ml of cloudy apple juice.

Squeeze the juice of 1 lime directly into the tea and apple juice mixture. Stir well to combine all ingredients.

Add a few sprigs of fresh mint and rosemary to the pitcher with the tea mixture. This will infuse their flavors as the tea cools.

Allow the iced tea mixture to cool completely at room temperature, then transfer it to the refrigerator to chill thoroughly. This can take at least 1 hour.

To serve, fill glasses generously with ice. Pour the chilled homemade iced tea over the ice.

Garnish each glass with a fresh sprig of mint and rosemary for an aromatic finish.
