Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Drizzle honey generously into the bottom of a round baking dish, ensuring an even coating.

Arrange the 6 slices of butter evenly over the honey in the baking dish.

Sprinkle the light brown sugar evenly over the butter slices. Follow with a dash of salt and 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon, distributing them evenly over the brown sugar.

Arrange the sliced peaches neatly in a circular pattern over the butter, honey, and spice mixture in the baking dish.

Carefully place the thawed sheet of puff pastry over the arranged peaches. Gently tuck the edges of the puff pastry down around the peaches and into the sides of the baking dish, creating a crust.

Brush the top surface of the puff pastry with the beaten egg wash to help it achieve a golden-brown finish during baking.

Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes, or until the puff pastry is golden brown and puffed up.

Once baked, remove the tart from the oven and let it cool slightly in the dish for 5 minutes. This allows the caramel to set slightly before inverting.

Carefully place a serving plate upside down over the baking dish. Using oven mitts, firmly hold the plate and dish together and quickly invert the tart onto the serving plate. Serve warm.
