Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the spaghetti and cook according to package directions until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water before draining.

While the pasta cooks, heat the olive oil in a large skillet or Dutch oven over medium heat. Add the drained tinned fish and break it up with a spoon. Cook for 2-3 minutes until lightly browned.

Stir in the Trader Joe's Green Goddess Seasoning Blend and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

Pour in the chicken stock and lemon juice. Bring to a simmer and cook for 2 minutes, allowing the liquid to reduce slightly.

Add the fresh spinach to the skillet and cook, stirring, until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.

Stir in the heavy cream and grated Parmesan cheese. Mix until the cheese is melted and the sauce is creamy. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Add the cooked and drained spaghetti to the skillet with the sauce. Toss to coat the pasta evenly. If the sauce is too thick, add a splash of the reserved pasta water until it reaches your desired consistency.

Stir in the lemon zest. Serve immediately, garnished with additional grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
