Preheat your oven to 180°C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine the dark chocolate chips and unsalted butter. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until completely melted and smooth. Alternatively, melt over a double boiler.

Add the granulated sugar to the melted chocolate mixture. Whisk until well combined.

Crack in the large eggs, one at a time, whisking vigorously after each addition until the mixture is smooth and glossy.

Sift the all-purpose flour, unsweetened cocoa powder, and salt directly into the wet mixture. Using a spatula, gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.

Stir in the milk chocolate chips until evenly distributed throughout the batter.

Scoop portions of the batter (about 1 1/2 tablespoons each) onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving some space between each cookie.

Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are set and the centers still look slightly fudgy. The cookies will continue to set as they cool.

Remove the baking sheet from the oven and let the cookies cool on the sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely. Enjoy!
