In a medium mixing bowl, combine the halved cherry tomatoes, diced cucumber, diced bell pepper, and thinly sliced green onions.
Add the chopped fresh dill to the vegetables. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil, then sprinkle with kosher salt, freshly ground black pepper, and red pepper flakes if using. Toss gently to combine all ingredients.
