Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C) with a pizza stone or baking steel inside, if you have one. If not, a heavy baking sheet will work. Allow it to preheat for at least 30 minutes to ensure it's very hot.

Lightly flour a clean work surface. Carefully remove the Trader Joe's fresh pizza dough from its packaging and place it on the floured surface. Gently stretch or roll the dough into a 12-inch round. If the dough is too elastic, let it rest for 5-10 minutes, then continue stretching.

Sprinkle a pizza peel or the back of a baking sheet generously with cornmeal. Carefully transfer the stretched pizza dough onto the cornmeal-dusted surface.

Evenly spread the Trader Joe's organic tomato basil marinara sauce over the dough, leaving about a 1/2-inch border around the edge. Arrange the sliced Trader Joe's fresh mozzarella cheese over the sauce.

Drizzle the pizza with Trader Joe's extra virgin olive oil and season lightly with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.

Carefully slide the pizza onto the preheated pizza stone or baking sheet in the oven. Bake for 8-12 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly and slightly browned in spots.
