Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Take 1 lb of chicken thighs and slice them into thin strips.

Place the sliced chicken into a bowl.

Add the following seasonings to the chicken: 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon onion powder, 1 teaspoon cumin, 1 teaspoon coriander, 1 teaspoon paprika, and 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper.

Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, and 1 tablespoon of white vinegar to the bowl.

Mix all the ingredients thoroughly until the chicken is well coated with the marinade.

Spread the seasoned chicken evenly on the prepared baking sheet.

Bake the chicken in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.

After 15 minutes, remove the chicken from the oven.

Slice the cooked chicken into smaller pieces, if desired, for easier serving.
