Preheat your oven to 180°C. Prepare the baguette by cutting it diagonally, but not all the way through, creating pockets. Then, cut it again perpendicular to the first cuts, also not all the way through, creating a crosshatch pattern on the top of the baguette.

In a medium bowl, combine the softened butter, minced garlic, and chopped fresh parsley. Mix everything thoroughly until well combined and the garlic and parsley are evenly distributed throughout the butter.

Carefully spread the garlic butter mixture generously into all the cuts and over the entire surface of the baguette. Ensure the butter gets deep into the crosshatch cuts for maximum flavor.

Place the buttered baguette on a baking sheet. Evenly sprinkle the grated mozzarella cheese over the baguette, making sure it falls into the cuts. Follow with a layer of grated Parmesan cheese on top of the mozzarella.

Bake the cheesy garlic bread in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the bread is golden brown and crispy at the edges.

Once baked, carefully remove the cheesy garlic bread from the oven. Let it cool for a minute or two before slicing completely through the pre-cut sections and serving immediately.
