Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Add the peeled garlic cloves to a small pan. Pour olive oil over the garlic cloves, ensuring they are mostly submerged. Place the pan over medium-low heat and cook for 15-20 minutes, or until the garlic is golden brown and very soft. Add the fresh rosemary sprigs to the pan during the last 5 minutes of cooking to infuse the oil.

Carefully transfer the roasted garlic cloves, rosemary sprigs, and about 2 tablespoons of the infused olive oil into a food processor. Add the softened butter, chopped fresh parsley, and seasoning powder to the food processor. Blend all ingredients until a smooth, green, and chunky paste is formed. Scrape down the sides as needed.

Take the long loaf of bread and slice it lengthwise into two halves. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Place the two bread halves, cut-side up, on the prepared baking sheet. Using a spoon or spatula, generously spread the prepared garlic butter mixture evenly over the entire cut surface of both bread halves.

Sprinkle a generous amount of shredded white cheese over the garlic butter mixture on both halves of the bread, ensuring the entire surface is covered with cheese.

Place the baking sheet with the prepared cheesy garlic bread into the preheated oven. Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is completely melted, bubbly, and golden brown, and the bread appears crispy.

Remove the baked cheesy garlic bread from the oven. Using a knife, slice the entire loaf into individual serving portions. Serve immediately, enjoying the melted cheese pull.
