Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F). Season the salmon with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Drizzle with olive oil.

Bake the seasoned salmon for 20 minutes, or air-fry at 190°C (375°F) for 12–15 minutes, until cooked through. Once cooked, remove the skin and flake the salmon into small pieces.

In a medium bowl, combine the flaked salmon, shredded imitation crab, softened cream cheese, Japanese mayo, sriracha (2-3 tablespoons), and chopped green onions. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well combined.

In a separate bowl, combine the warm cooked rice, rice vinegar, sugar, salt to taste, and sesame oil. Mix well to ensure the rice is evenly seasoned.

Spread the seasoned rice evenly into a baking dish, forming the base layer. Sprinkle a generous layer of furikake over the rice. Evenly spread the prepared salmon mixture on top of the furikake layer.

Bake the assembled sushi bake at 190°C (380°F) for 10 minutes. After baking, change the oven setting to broil and broil for an additional 3 minutes, or until the surface is lightly browned and slightly golden.

Once out of the oven, drizzle additional sriracha and spicy mayo over the top. Garnish with fresh green onions and black sesame seeds. Serve immediately with roasted nori.
