Add 1/2 cup of honey into a clear mixing bowl.

Using an electric hand mixer, whisk the honey until it becomes light in color and frothy.

Add 7-8 tablespoons of coffee powder to the whisked honey in the bowl.

Pour 7-8 tablespoons of hot water into the mixture.

Continue to whisk the coffee, honey, and hot water mixture with the electric hand mixer until it transforms into a thick, frothy, and light brown cream.

Carefully transfer the prepared coffee cream into a rectangular glass container.

Using a small sieve, dust an optional layer of cocoa powder evenly over the surface of the coffee cream.

Cover the container and place it in the freezer overnight (at least 8 hours). This coffee concentrate can be stored in the freezer for up to 7 days.

Pour 1 litre of chilled milk into a blender jar.

Add some ice cubes to the blender.

Add 1-2 scoops of vanilla ice cream to the blender.

Cover the blender and grind the ingredients until the milk becomes frothy and well combined.

From the frozen coffee concentrate container, scoop out several generous portions using an ice cream scoop.

Place a few scoops of the frozen coffee concentrate into a serving glass.

Pour the prepared frothy milk over the coffee concentrate in the glass.

Using a spoon, gently mix the coffee and milk in the glass until combined.

Add some more scoops of the frozen coffee concentrate on top of the mixed drink.

Optionally, drizzle chocolate syrup over the top for added flavor and presentation.

Insert a straw and serve immediately.
