Thoroughly dice the green onions for the filling.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked rice, Korean hot pepper tuna (drained if preferred, but the spicy oil adds flavor), furikake, diced green onions, and soy sauce. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well incorporated and the tuna is broken up.

To serve, take a piece of green leaf lettuce, place a spoonful of the tuna filling onto it, and then wrap it with a sheet of salted roasted seaweed. Enjoy immediately.
