In a mixing bowl, combine the soft butter and caster sugar. Whisk them together really well using a spatula until the mixture is light and creamy.

Add the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and cocoa powder to the butter and sugar mixture. Pour in the milk. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly with a spatula until a soft dough forms.

Add a generous amount of chocolate chips to the dough and mix them in until evenly distributed.

Place a piece of parchment paper at the bottom of a pan suitable for stovetop use. Shape the prepared dough into a single round cookie and place it onto the parchment paper in the pan.

Top the cookie dough with additional chocolate chips and chocolate callets for extra indulgence.

Place the pan with the cookie on a heated tawa (flat griddle or pan). Cover the pan with a lid. If the lid has any holes, cover them with aluminum foil to trap the heat. Cook on the lowest flame or lowest heat setting for 15-20 minutes, or until the cookie is set and the chocolate is melted and gooey.

Once baked, carefully remove the cookie from the pan and transfer it to a serving plate. Top the piping hot cookie with a scoop of ice cream and enjoy immediately.
