Cut the lemon into quarters. Peel the orange and break it into rough pieces.

Roughly chop the 2 handfuls of ginger and 2 knobs of turmeric into smaller pieces.

Place the quartered lemon, orange pieces, chopped ginger, and chopped turmeric into a blender.

Add black pepper, followed by 250g of apple cider vinegar and 250g of water to the blender.

Blend all the ingredients until the mixture is smooth and appears pulpy with a yellow-orange color.

Place a fine-mesh strainer over a large bowl or pitcher. Pour the blended mixture through the strainer to separate the liquid from the solids.

Press down on the solids collected in the strainer with a spoon or spatula to extract as much liquid as possible.

Pour the strained liquid into several small glass jars for storage.
