Cook the Buldak ramen noodles according to the package directions. Drain the noodles, reserving 1 cup of the pasta water, and set the cooked noodles aside.

In a separate, smaller pan (or a large skillet), add the egg yolks, shredded mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, mayonnaise, and soy sauce.

Using chopsticks or a whisk, thoroughly mix all the ingredients in the pan until they form a smooth, creamy, light brown sauce.
Open the Buldak powder packets and the Buldak sauce packets and add their contents to the sauce mixture in the pan.

Add the reserved pasta water to the sauce. Mix again with chopsticks or a whisk until all ingredients are well combined and the sauce has a more liquid, orange-ish consistency.

Add the previously cooked Buldak ramen noodles to the pan containing the prepared sauce. Place the pan over medium heat.

Using chopsticks or tongs, thoroughly mix the noodles with the sauce, stirring constantly, until they are completely coated and the sauce has thickened slightly, about 2-3 minutes.

Divide the finished Buldak ramen among serving bowls. Garnish with a sprinkle of sesame seeds and serve immediately.
