Take the 240g of cooked salmon fillets and flake them into a bowl using a fork.

Add 70g of avocado (scooped from half an avocado) to the bowl with the salmon.

Add 80g of 0% fat Greek yoghurt to the bowl.

Squeeze the juice of 1 lemon directly into the bowl with the other ingredients.

Add 100g of diced cucumber to the bowl.
