In a medium bowl, combine the flaked imitation crabmeat and the onion and chive cream cheese spread. Mix thoroughly until well combined and a uniform filling is formed.

Lay one green onion pancake flat on a clean work surface. Spoon approximately 1/4 of the crab and cream cheese filling onto the center of the pancake, shaping it into a log.

Fold the sides of the pancake over the filling, then tightly roll the pancake from one end to the other to form a burrito or taquito shape. Repeat with the remaining pancakes and filling.

Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium heat. Place the rolled scallion pancake burritos seam-side down in the skillet. Cook for 3-5 minutes per side, or until golden brown and crispy on all sides, and the filling is heated through. Alternatively, you can air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, or bake at 400°F (200°C) for 12-15 minutes, until golden and crispy.

Serve immediately. For a crispier, taquito-like experience, consider making the burritos skinnier in future attempts.
