Cut the orange in half. Squeeze the juice from one half of the orange into a small, clear plastic bag. From the other half of the orange, scoop out about 1 tablespoon of the pulp/puree and add it to the bag.

Add 2 tablespoons of milk powder to the plastic bag with the orange juice and pulp.

Tie the plastic bag closed securely, ensuring there is some air trapped inside to allow for kneading. Knead the contents of the bag thoroughly by hand until a smooth, uniform yellow paste is formed. This may take 3-5 minutes.

Snip a small corner off the tied plastic bag to create an opening, transforming it into an impromptu piping bag.

Place a non-stick pan on the stove over low heat. Allow it to warm gently. Test the temperature by briefly touching the pan surface with your hand; it should be warm but not hot.

Pipe small, round dots of the orange mixture onto the warm pan surface. Leave a little space between each dot as they may expand slightly.

Cover the pan with a lid and cook for 3-5 minutes, or until the dots are set, appear slightly puffed, and are golden yellow in color. Be careful not to overcook them.

Using a spatula, gently remove the cooked Orange Milk Bites from the pan and transfer them to a serving plate. Serve warm or at room temperature.
