In a small pitcher or measuring cup, combine the unsweetened cranberry juice and orange liqueur. Stir gently to combine.

Chill four champagne flutes or coupe glasses. Add a few ice cubes to each glass, if desired, though traditionally aperitivos are served without ice to avoid diluting the prosecco.

Divide the cranberry-orange liqueur mixture evenly among the four chilled glasses, pouring approximately 1/4 cup into each.

Slowly top each glass with chilled prosecco, filling to about 1/2 inch from the rim. The prosecco will mix with the cranberry base, creating a beautiful layered effect.

Garnish each aperitivo with a few fresh cranberries and an orange peel twist. Serve immediately and enjoy!
