Lay out the whole wheat bread slices on a clean surface. Spread 1 tablespoon of creamy peanut butter evenly on one side of four bread slices.

On the remaining four bread slices, spread 1 tablespoon of grape jelly evenly on one side.

Carefully place the jelly-covered slices on top of the peanut butter-covered slices, creating four sandwiches.

In a small bowl, combine the softened butter and cinnamon. Mix until well combined.

Lightly spread the cinnamon butter mixture on the outside of each sandwich. This will give them a golden, crispy finish when grilled.

Preheat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat.
