In a large bowl, place the cubed chicken thighs. Add the oil, yogurt, cream, ginger garlic paste, and crushed green chili.

Season the chicken with salt, black pepper, white pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, ground coriander, and ground green chili. Add the shredded cheddar cheese.

Mix the ingredients well with your hands until the chicken is fully coated with the marinade. Cover the bowl and let it marinate for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator.

Heat 1 tablespoon of ghee in a large pan over medium heat.

Add the marinated chicken with all the sauce to the hot pan. Stir the chicken quickly for 2 minutes until it starts to brown slightly and the sauce begins to thicken.

Cover the pan and let it simmer over low heat for 20-30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens and the chicken is fully cooked.

Once the chicken is cooked and the sauce has thickened, sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the chicken. Stir gently to incorporate the mozzarella and let it melt completely.

Garnish the dish with fresh cilantro and squeeze half a lemon over it.
