Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender in the following order: oat milk, Greek yogurt, spinach, banana, green apple, frozen mixed berries, cocoa powder, almond butter, and honey.

Secure the lid and blend on low speed, gradually increasing to high speed until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, add a splash more oat milk (1-2 tablespoons at a time) until desired consistency is reached.

Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more honey, 1/2 teaspoon at a time.
