Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil. Add the Trader Joe's Organic Brown Rice & Quinoa Pasta and cook according to package directions until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water before draining.

While the pasta cooks, prepare the broccoli. If using fresh, chop into bite-sized florets. If using frozen, you can steam or microwave it briefly until tender-crisp. You can also add it directly to the pasta water during the last 3-4 minutes of cooking the pasta.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the Trader Joe's Chili Onion Crunch, Trader Joe's Soy Sauce, Trader Joe's Toasted Sesame Oil, Trader Joe's Organic Honey, Trader Joe's Rice Vinegar, minced garlic, and grated fresh ginger. This is your spicy chili crunch sauce.

Once the pasta is drained (and broccoli, if cooked with pasta), return it to the large pot. Add the shredded or diced Trader Joe's Just Chicken and the cooked broccoli to the pot.

Pour the spicy chili crunch sauce over the pasta, chicken, and broccoli. Toss everything together until well coated. If the sauce seems too thick, add a tablespoon or two of the reserved pasta water until it reaches your desired consistency.

Divide the noodles into serving bowls. Garnish with sliced green onions and Trader Joe's Toasted Sesame Seeds before serving immediately.
