Preheat your oven to 375°F. In a small bowl, combine the softened butter, minced fresh garlic, and dried parsley. Mix thoroughly with a spoon until well combined.

Take the pack of Hawaiian rolls in their original baking tray. Using a spatula, firmly press down on the center of the rolls to create an indentation, forming the area for the pizza toppings. Be careful not to press all the way through the rolls.

Pour about three-quarters of the prepared garlic butter over the pressed-down center of the rolls. Using a pastry brush, spread it out evenly to cover the surface edge to edge of the indented area.

Place the tray of rolls into the preheated oven and bake for 5-7 minutes, or until the rolls are lightly toasted and golden brown.

Once out of the oven, use the spatula to press down the center of the rolls one more time to redefine the crust area, as the rolls may have puffed up slightly during baking.

Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the pressed-down, toasted center of the rolls. Lay a layer of pepperoni slices over the pizza sauce, then generously sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the pepperoni. Add a second layer of pepperoni slices on top of the mozzarella cheese.

Brush the remaining garlic butter onto the edges of the rolls (the elevated parts that were not pressed down). Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over these garlic-buttered edges.

Place the pizza back into the oven and bake for an additional 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the pepperoni is slightly crispy. If the crust edges start to brown too quickly, loosely cover them with aluminum foil.

Once baked, carefully remove the tray from the oven. Using a large knife, slice the pizza along the natural divisions of the Hawaiian rolls. Serve immediately and enjoy!
