Preheat your oven to 400°F. In a large, oven-safe skillet (such as a cast iron skillet), brown the ground beef over medium-high heat. Break up the beef with a spoon as it cooks.

Add the diced onion, salt, and black pepper to the skillet with the ground beef. Continue to cook until the beef is fully browned and the onions are softened, about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess fat from the pan.

Reduce the heat to low. Stir in the minced garlic and Worcestershire sauce. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

Add the drained sweet corn, condensed cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, and 1 cup of shredded cheddar blend cheese to the beef mixture. Stir everything together until well combined and heated through.

Evenly sprinkle the remaining 1 cup of shredded cheddar blend cheese over the beef and corn mixture in the skillet.

Arrange the Ore-Ida Golden Crispy Crowns (tater tots) in a single layer on top of the cheese, covering the entire surface of the casserole.

Carefully place the skillet into the preheated oven. Bake for approximately 30 minutes, or until the tater tots are crispy and golden brown.

Once baked, remove the casserole from the oven. Garnish with dried parsley before serving.
