Cut the chicken breasts into 1-inch cubes. Season the chicken generously with 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon onion powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large pan or skillet over medium heat. Add the seasoned chicken and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the cooked chicken from the pan and set aside.

In the same pan, add 1 tablespoon of minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.

Stir in 1 tablespoon of all-purpose flour and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly, to create a roux.

Gradually pour in 1 cup of chicken broth and 1 cup of milk, whisking continuously to prevent lumps until the mixture is smooth.

Add 8 ounces of uncooked pasta to the pan. Stir in 1 cup of fresh spinach, 1/4 cup of softened cream cheese, and 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese.

Season the pasta mixture with an additional 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon onion powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper. Stir all ingredients until well combined and the cream cheese has melted into the sauce.

Cover the pan and cook for 15-20 minutes, or until the pasta is tender and most of the liquid has been absorbed, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking and ensure even cooking.

Once the pasta is cooked, add the previously cooked chicken back into the pan and stir to combine and heat through.

Remove from heat. Top the dish with 2 tablespoons of fresh chopped parsley before serving. Serve immediately and enjoy!
